Five years is a pretty long time but thats how long we’ve been doing this show for. And each year it seems to get bigger!
Held in the grounds of Bodelwyddan Castle in North Wales the All Types show is already onto a winner before you get started as the castle and grounds make a great backdrop for a car show with plenty of space yet without feeling like a massive, sprawling venue. The show itself plays host to ‘All Types’ of VW models (hence the name) so you do get a good cross section of everything in the VW scene from concours standard Karmann Ghias and Beetles to late Golf R32s by way of rat look Polos and modified Mk1 GTis. So theres something for everyone here.
2014 seemed to us to be bigger than ever and certainly seemed to attract a lot of show cars and the trade area was busy all day meaning that as ever there wasn’t that much time for us to have a wander around! You can find our photos over on our facebook page.
