We are happy to accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item.
You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return them otherwise we cannot provide a replacement /refund.
All items must be returned postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your item, in original packaging including padding to prevent transit damage with any loose parts secured. We will process returned items and issue a replacement (subject to stock availability) or full refund (cost of item and p&p cost) for faulty items within 2 days of receipt.
All costs incurred in the return of goods must be met by the consumer except where the item is faulty – we recommend return by a secure delivery method because we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Your rights to a replacement/refund for goods will not apply where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession, or have not returned the item in original packaging.
If you have received an item as a gift and would like a refund please note we can only refund the original payer.
