If you are ordering for Christmas either here or via our ebay store then the following cut off dates and times will be worth looking at….
Royal Mail advise that the last posting dates for all destinations are as follows –
Monday 7 December Asia, Cyprus, Far East, Japan, Eastern Europe (ex. Czech Republic and Slovakia)
Thursday 10 December Greece, Australia, New Zealand
Monday 14 December Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland
Tuesday 15 December Canada, Finland, Sweden, USA
Wednesday 16 December Austria, Iceland, Ireland, Portugal, Spain
Thursday 17 December France
Friday 18 December Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Switzerland
Monday 21 December UK
All orders will be dispatched right up to 23 December (orders placed and confirmed before 1pm Weds 23/12) however Royal Mail state that the last day for standard UK Christmas delivery is Monday 21th December. After that your order will still be dispatched and may still arrive but its no longer certain. Please note that the service above is one that is scheduled to arrive before Christmas but this is not guaranteed.
After midday Monday, if you still need it delivered before Christmas then we can send all UK destination items by Special Delivery* which is guaranteed next working day delivery. Our cut off time for Special Delivery is 10am on Wednesday 23 December. After that its really just down to Father Christmas…. All our ebay listings have a Special Delivery option at checkout, otherwise you can call us to order via telephone.
As ever, our store remains open 24 hours a day over the Christmas period but if you need to contact us please note that over the Christmas period our opening hours are as follows –
Wednesday 23 December – 0800 – 1800
Thursday 24 December – 0900 – 1200
Friday 25 December – Closed
Saturday 26 December – Closed
Sunday 27 December – Closed
Monday 28 December – Closed
Tuesday 29 December – 0900 – 1600
Wednesday 30 December – 0900 – 1700
Thursday 31 December – 0900 – 1200
Friday 1 January – Closed
Saturday 2 January – Closed
Sunday 3 January – Closed
Monday 4 January – 0900 – 1700 (Back to normal…)
If you need to contact us whilst our office is closed you can either telephone and leave a message (we will respond once we reopen) or contact us via email or through the ebay message system.
