Worldwide Delivery
If you are ordering for Christmas either here or via our ebay store then the following cut off dates and times will be worth looking at….
All orders will be dispatched right up to Christmas Eve however Royal Mail state that the last day for standard Christmas delivery is Friday 19th December. All UK orders placed before Midday should reach you in time for Christmas, after that your order will still be dispatched and may still arrive but its no longer guaranteed.
After midday Friday, if you still need it delivered before Christmas then we can send all UK destination items by Special Delivery* which is guaranteed next working day delivery. Our cut off time for Special Delivery is 10am on Tuesday 23 December. After that its really just down to Father Christmas…. All our ebay listings have a Special Delivery option at checkout, otherwise you can call us to order via telephone.
For orders for delivery outside the UK, whilst we endeavour to get them to you quickly the last recommended posting date has now passed.
As ever, our store remains open 24 hours a day over the Christmas period but if you need to contact us please note that over the Christmas period our opening hours are as follows –
Weds 24 December – 0800 – 1300
Thursday 25 December – Closed
Friday 26 December – Closed
Saturday 27 December – Closed
Sunday 28 December – Closed
Monday 29 December – 0900 – 1700
Tuesday 30 December – 0900 – 1700
Wednesday 31 December – 0900 – 1300
Thursday 1 January – Closed
Friday 2 January – 0900 – 1700
If you need to contact us whilst our office is closed you can either telephone and leave a message (we will respond once we reopen) or contact us via email or through the ebay message system.
