Worldwide Delivery
After a few further away shows it was rather good to be back at Tatton Park for a local (well, localish) show to kick off August. As well as many other things, Tatton Park plays host to Volkswagen Northwest’s annual show held on the first Sunday of August each and every year.
As always seems to be the case at Tatton, the summer weather we have been enjoying (by which we mean developing webbed feet and a semi permanent water proof coat in) gave way to sunshine and some moderate warmth for the weekend which brought out the crowds and a huge variety of cars to suit all tastes and styles.
For those who’ve never been to Tatton Park before then much like Stanford Hall from back in May it attracts a wide cross section of the Volkswagen scene to it’s concours arena which sees the best of the Volkswagen scene from across the Northwest in attendance. Added to that were myriad clubs plus a family entertainment which made a pretty good day out for all concerned.
With that completed it’s a quick turnaround for us as hotly following on VWNW’s heels is our final outdoor show of the year just over the Pennines at Harewood House – VW Festival. See you there!
